Each user may hold only one active supeph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending review.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Full details are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
You are responsible for keeping your supeph login credentials confidential. supeph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Philippine law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine regulatory bodies and courts.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and supeph ("supeph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the supeph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through supeph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the supeph Platform and close your account.
The supeph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. supeph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
supeph is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. supeph makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on supeph:
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on supeph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. supeph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or balances associated with them.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. supeph may suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your supeph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. supeph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify supeph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
supeph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by supeph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
supeph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). supeph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. supeph reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. supeph aims to process approved e-wallet withdrawals within ten (10) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. supeph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. supeph may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances as permitted by applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by supeph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. supeph reserves the right to void bonus winnings and associated real-money winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
supeph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional errors. supeph reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
supeph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account prior to the effective date of the change.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the supeph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the supeph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of supeph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the supeph Platform without prior written consent from supeph.
supeph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. supeph will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
supeph accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by users of the Platform. All wagering activity is undertaken at your own risk. supeph strongly encourages all users to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, supeph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if supeph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

supeph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at supeph's sole discretion.
Upon termination for cause, supeph may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is found, any remaining balance of verified funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting supeph support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.
supeph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the supeph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. supeph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the relevant regulatory authorities overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies, as applicable.
